Anyone have experience upgrading a Marantz 1060 powercord?

I don't know what it is, but that puppy lamp cord of a power cord on my 1060 makes me ill every time I look at it.

Is this something that is worth doing?

Can it be done easily?

If so, I'd love some recommendations.
