You got that right.

Yes, I believe it's called Analog.

I find my Magnepans to be extremely revealing. In my system the sound is much better when listening to an analog source than digital (redbook via Cal Delta/PT P3-A).

You may also find that there's hidden treasures locked-up inside of your MG12's. Consider a future electronics upgrade.
