RE: Making clean holes in Sorbothane

I have made punches from thin wall steel tubing sharpened razor sharp and made clean holes in various flexible items 1/8"-1/2" thick (closed wall foam , rubber , cork, wetsuit foam material etc.)If you have enough material to practice with try a couple of "test holes" first, make sure it's razor sharp and use a few drops of dish soap for a lubricant.Try chucking it in your drill and spinning it slowly with light pressure. Use a piece of leather or Balsa wood to support the foam. Depends on how thick it is for it to cut cleanly Good Luck ! :^) Hey it's a 50/50 chance it will work :)
