Military Resistor Code Reference

Posted by tvr2500m on July 24, 2007 at 13:41:32:

I'm trying to ID some components. Some of these are resistors. I know enough to be able to ID caps from resistors, but I don't know how to read the codes on the components. Here's an example, on a resistor, of what I'm looking at, and trying to understand: MEPCO FE25 RN65E 4752F K63.

I'm guessing: Manufacturer (I don't know exactly who this is), ??, power rating (though I'm not entirely clear about the meanging of every character in this string), value (but I don't know exactly how to read this value, what does the F mean?), ???

Thanks.
