Yes, I'm used to having to spend $25, even for 2oz packages for tracking and even then USPS tracking isn't 100% reliable at a foreign post. I ship low cost items, at buyers request to, Canada sometimes via 1st class mail, as I just don't feel comfortable shipping tubes in those thin flat boxes. I usually do a return receipt for $1.50 - this time I was at a university PO which doesn't have all the features of a main branch. The longs are hellishly long too. I should have been more patient.
Victim facilitation, yes. Still, me, the purported victim ; )
Who knows, maybe they died or are in jail and my tubes will come back.
