I would include the Apogee Duetta Signature to that list, which is IMO the best all around of the three you listed.
The Isis will surely have the best transparency of all of them but the Apogee will acutally have cleaner highs as the ribbon is unusally free from strange artifacts. The Apogee will also sound the most coherent.
Another one to consider in that size range is the Acoustat Spectra 2200. I actually preferred my pair to the Apogee Caliper Signatures that I had before. Transparency, smooth highs and quite powerful bass. Totally coherent as well being a full-range electrostat. The novel spectra technology also eliminated the beaming that was a problem with the earlier electrostats from Acoustat (and WILL be a problem with the Isis).
Add to that, the Acoustat is nearly indestructible.
