Proton AP2000 II + AA2120?

Hi guys!
First of all, sorry for my english, i'm a french guy.
I would have to know about the Proton AP2000 II stereo preamp and AA2120 amplifier (2*120 w/ 8 ohms).
Is the sound as "good" as rotel products (RB1070, RB1080, RB991, RB976...) or Nad ones (214, 216...)?
I'm looking for a detailled sound, not harsh but rather warm.
I 've got a Dynaudio gemini DIY kit (89 db and 4 ohms) : the proton couple should drive them enough?
Thanks for your help, i didn't find any in france.
