Yes that is correct, one time we left the computer on for a day and it wouldn't boot up. When we attached a GroundHanger it booted up without problems, GroundHanger makes the system perform to its potential. However, this was with a malfunctioning computer. Normally the user just buys a new computer. Because we are so poor after loads of experiments, GroundHanger saved us some money.

When an audio system is malfunctioning, it will still output audio, but it will sound jittery, edgy, blurry with lack of microdetail. GroundHanger fixes this.
