Just a note concerning 4:
I use the 103 with a 3009/SII. Although the arm is too light (9.5g) from a merely technical viewpoint it works very well. In any case the 3012/R will be better since it is a little heavier (12.5g). Any good arm between 10g and 25g should be fine.
