Completely different animals!
The SC35C is a low compliance suspension with a 0.7mil spherical tip. The V15V is a high compliance suspension design with a hyperelliptical (unless you go for the G version which is a 0.6mil spherical tip).
Even if you are comparing spherical tips, the V15V will be superior. What mass is your arm? If you have a low to medium mass arm, don't even consider the SC35C, as the LF resonance will be getting close to the audible range.
