It has different thicknesses in different places. They are all specified. For example, the thickness at the spindle is 28.19-mm - 1.78-mm = 26.41-mm. The thickest part is at the outer edge, which is 28.24-mm thick. The outermost diameter is 312.60-mm. The record supporting surface has an outer diameter of 299.00-mm at which point an 11-degree bevel begins going out to the edge of the platter.
The spindle hole is tapered. It starts out with a 9.000-mm diameter at the bottom and tapers up to a 7.200-mm diameter at the top.
Actually, all the dimensions are laid out very nicely, but it might seem a little confusing because it is difficult to see the cross-section of the platter. See if this picture makes more sense to you. It depicts the cross-section of the platter from the center-line of the spindle hole to the outer edge of the platter. In other words, it is only half of the platter.
