jcm: Maybe the previous owner wanted to try a MicroLine variant, when the original ATN155LC was worn out. In that case the owner obviously wanted the MicroLine variant to be at least as good and hence went for the ATN160ML, which also features a square-shanked nudie on beryllium cantilever, but that cantilever additionally sports a gold coating.

As Phil has already mentioned, the bodies were technically just the same thing, so that an AT155LC body with an ATN160ML is technically fully equivalent to a complete AT160ML.
