Unfortunately although nearly all of the Nottingham turntables can take 12" arms , all but one are too costly for the OP's budget.

This leaves the slightly odd Ace Space 294. Odd in that it is really meant for playing discs larger than 12" and has an oversized platter for this purpose. Also it can only be used with a 12" arm which may limit its long term flexibility.

There is also the Nottingham regime of use to consider which entails giving the platter a manual shove to help bring it to speed from rest.

If the OP is happy with these features then the Ace Space 294 is certainly is an affordable contender. Thanks for bringing attention to something that I had overlooked.
