By "did well" I mean that it played the tracking ability test tracks with a minimum of distortion, so I heard a pretty clean test tone rather a lot of buzzing as in a "failed" test. VTF is just a bit above 2.5 grams (hard to know precisely with Shure stylus force gauge). Of course, if the set up passes the test and fails to play records properly, it's probably not a good test. The cartridge has been doing fine on most of my records, actually, but I"m getting distortion on a couple LP's that are in mint condition.

I must correct my comment about "the hardest one." I must have been thinking of a different test disc. The three tracking tests are the same, only spaced out across the record. The last one is on the inner groove, where I've had problems in the past.
