Linn LP 12 update and question about cartridge

My 30 year old table died.

Took it to Audio Element in Pasadena CA. Brian and Sean checked, sent it to Shelley's and this is now repaired, in good operating condition, new belt, otherwise, just tuned.

Shure V15VxMR has a "bend" in the stylus, and they don't recommend using the cartridge.

What do you think, JICO SAS or upgrade cart? Brian likes Sumiko Blue Point Special MK? vs Shelter 201. I use a Roksan Kandy III as phono preamp, suitable for MM or HOMC.
