Shopping for my first moving coil cart

The 2M Blue is getting long in the tooth and bit harsh on top. After the money I just blew on Desert Trip tickets (aka "Oldchella) the budget limit is around $600.

I listen to mostly rock, acoustic rock, pop, jazz and country. I've historically been allergic to the bright, etched highs of some moving coils I've heard (original Blue Point Special, I'm talking to you) but I've been exposed to enough quality moving coils at both Newport-the Show and RMAF to know just how good they can be on top. Sonic priorities for me are sweet yet detailed highs, eliminating/minimizing inner groove distortion (the trumpet on the title track of my minty copy of Michael Franks' Burchfield Nines was almost painful the other night), soundstaging and the ability to deal with surface noise (I pick up a lot of used records).

TT is a Pro-Ject Xtension 10 w/Evolution 10cc arm and phono stage is a Musical Surroundings Phonomena II, and I have plenty of good tools (Mint protractor, jewelers loupe, etc) so difficult to set up isn't a deal breaker. I've been reading up on and considering the following:

Audio Technica AT-33PTG II
Audio Technica AT-OC9 III
Sumiko Blue Point Special EVO low output
Dynavector 10x2 (at $650, a bit over budget)
Denon DL301 II

Any suggestions on another I should consider or comments on those on the list would be most welcome.
