Counterpoint SA 1000 Preamp Low Output MC Settings

I recently acquired an SA 1000 which is set up for a high output cartridge. I can use my Accuphase AC-2 with my Marcof PPA-2 modified headamp, but I'd really like to try the tube high gain headamp section with the 47ohm or 54ohm (NOT K ohm)settings this cartridge likes. Problem is I have no manual, nor can I find one on line except for sale at a very high price.

I'm hoping someone here may have had experience with the Counterpoint in the past, if not currently, or may have an old manual lying around that I could buy at a reasonable price. Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thanks.
