HI,I got my teflon caps recently, they are 0.1 uf 500v russian k72 types. When using these to replace the equivalent values in polypropylene caps in my equipment, will the fact that I have to dress wires to around 10cms or so each lead affect the performance of the caps, and the resulting benefits. I know that op-amps need their caps close by. The teflon caps are supposed to be one of the best types, it's the size of them that makes it difficult to get them close to the pcb. Any ideas?
Thanks
Raj
