Track for large full range speakers improved the bass response in my speakers. Easy to notice. I played it once every three months or so when I first turned on my system. It was irritating to listen to when in the room though so I started the disc and left the room. 30 min long track. Image also improved, a strong point in my system. It may have made other minor improvements but they were subtle.I think playing a disc through the system can do things a demag cannot. Especially to the speakers.
