Looking again at your loading tests I believe the wire size for the SU-2 and Du-2 windings are the same. You could still call Signal support and verify 100%.....
Just remember per the data for the DU-2 the max FLA for the secondary windings in series is 9 amps.
Check out pages 28 and 29 in the link provided below. Both the SU-2 and DU-2 weigh 56 lbs each.
