it is simple:
1. unscrew the internal solid wires from your wall
socket and take them off the outlet (no more wall socket!!)
2. have the wall side of your power cord unterminated
and each stranded copper bare (no more plug!!)
3. strongly weld both together (take care not to confuse
L, N and E)i did this today and took advantage to replace the
old cheap power cords of my monoblocks by 3 mmq pure
stranded insulated copper each conductor; it works quite wellnow considering the next step (preferably with units
out of warranty, i guess!):
do the same with the other side of the
power cord (no more IEC female!!), take the internal
power wires of the unit out (no more IEC male!!),
then weld them togetherthat's it
