Amperex 7308s or 6922s.<<<Before you buy a lifetime supply. Do realize that Amperex made many different 6DJ8's, 7308's, and 6922's. Not only did they produce different tubes. They manufactured them in different countries over a couple of decades. This means that Amperex made a lot of different tubes that don't all sound the same. People who swear by Amperex usually only swear by a handful of what they made as far as 6922's and drop in replacements. If you are going to shop for Amperex you better learn the inside as well as the outside of the tubes you love. Also a few places are relabeling Tungsrams and others as Amperex....beware!
