They are genuine Mullards. They have the goalpost getter that only Mullard produced tubes in the 50s had. They're the f91 type that was mostly produced in 1958.
Mullard didn't produce any 10m versions or other gold pin ECC83 tubes in the 50s, so that was added more recently to justify asking the exorbitant price. People do fall for that, as is proven by Old Guy Radiola, another eBay fraud selling new gold old stock (with a 100% positive rating nonetheless).
