Why? There are really not that many circuit designs that demand/call for matched tubes. So unless you have gear that requires matched tubes, you are driving up your costs and limiting your selections unnecessarily.
Just like in a car - if it doesn't need higher octane fuel, putting Premium in it won't make it run any better - it'll just cost more.
