You are a smart guy, Viktor. I made an error. The Atma, as you know, has a bipolar supply to the driver stage, and I frequently forget to account for the B- supply voltage. Actually, about 350V are dropped across the 60K cathode resistors, for a bias on the output tube of ca 5 to 6mA. The output tubes are 6C33Cs, and I bias them at 280 to 300mA. The voltage amp section is a dual diff/cascode topology, and the cf is simply to provide a low impedance to the output tubes.
