Stacked Torem Acoustic "Dreamcatcher"?

A question from a good friend:

Can Totem Acoustic "Dreamcatcher" (4ohm impedance) be "stacked" (wired in parallel?) as he remembers doing to great effect with his Large Advents, or would the resultant 2ohm(?) imdpedance of the "stacked Dreamcatchers" blow up his amp, a McCormack DNA 125? It's been a long time since I've thought of such things...
