Short version: Stunning. Just stunning. LS3/5a's have always had two tricks, the spooky imaging and the uncanny midrange. These do both those tricks amazingly well.
On classical guitar, piano, harp, voice... they're wonderful. Was listening to the Beatles mono vinyl last night - what a treat.
More later.
PS: They did a nice job on the cabinets, the Rosewood is beautiful.
