I got the ferrofluid from parts express, I bought one set for refilling 2" tweeter, that is enough for both tweeters.
Take the tweeters out, and then use a small flat head screw driver to pop up the membrane. Then the coil and the magnet will be separated. Use the provided paper to take out the old fluid if any left. Drop in the new fluid and then put everything back.
Done. It actually is not as difficult as it seems.
