Pete Townshend sang it too... since it's his song! As I recall, his demo is on one of the "Scoop" albums, and there's a mediocre (though not terrible) live version on his "Deep End Live" LP, as well as a new old solo version on the new "Lifehouse Elements" CD.Marc, if you don't know "Who's Next" you're missing out on the single finest R&R album (IMHO) of all time. Period. And the aforementioned remastered CD even sounds halfway decent (a claim that the original LP and earlier CD versions can not make).
