How many remember the album 'The Turning Point' by John Mayall? John took a new direction after the breakup of the Bluesbreakers in May 1969, and started a new band without "heavy lead guitar and drums". I still listen to this album, one of Mayalls best in my opinion. I dont miss the drums. Some great work. Recorded live at the Fillmore East.
