Above is a scene from Nowhere Boy, supposedly a fairly accurate representation of the day John Lennon met Paul McCartney, when his Quarrymen played the Woolton parish fete.
The rather stoic woman snubbing out her cigarette as the band begins is John's Aunt Mimi. The whistling redhead is John's mother, Julia.
