It's time for me to shop CD's.I'm interested in the Quads. These are the ESL 57's right? The copper jobs? Now that is one speaker I've often regretted not buying. Even with some significant drawbacks, it is the speaker that impressed me the most. Especially for string instruments.
Where were you able to get them rebuilt? Did you have to send them to the Quad factory?
