One day I was waiting for a ride to a gig at Divisadero and Oak in SF, in the late 60's, right by The Both/And Jazz Club, with my Clarinet case.
Bobby was going back and forth from the Club to his car, carrying his vibes, broken down into pieces to transport.
On one trip, he looked at me and smiled, saying "This is really a LOT of stuff....!"That's it, my Bobby Hutcherson Story.
