Well "Timmy", who said anything about making music without sound ? By small voice of (much) of this music I was saying that "for me" I really don't find a lot of "substance" beyond a certain "sound of the period" to the music. With your reference to Chaucer in your salutation , I'm guessing you are very enamored with most things "Early Period" related. I'm not. HIP reminds me of music for history buffs. I love music, this music not so much.If this attitude deems me a "music curmudgeon" then so be it. I find Handel almost interesting at times ,but only in small doses. Have a great day!
