I am a confessed Bill Evans fan. That said, the most impressive album to me is one that is not discussed, "Practice Tape". It was an independent release around 20 years ago on digital only (CD).

It is composed of 60 minutes of discovered 'lower quality' reel-to-reel recordings of practice sessions......if you like Bill's music; you will love hearing how he 'thinks harmonically' as well as his take of parts of Bach Well Tempered Clavier with a jazzy tinge (albeit, a different jazzy voice than Keith Jarrett's excellent set).
