I own the Goode, Ashkenazy, Kempf and some Schnabel. If I had to keep one, it would probably be the Goode. Schnabel has a very interesting perspective and must have been revolutionary at the time. His performances still hold up well for me today. I read an interview with Goode once where he mentioned that Schnabel was a definite influence on his performances. I also like Gillels, but don't think he recorded the whole cycle. Brendel is too dry for my taste.
