How about "high noon" Debussy? : )

I listened to the early works today. I have a special affection for both the Nocturne and Ballade. I actually got the Nocturne under my fingers years ago.

I feel that both, especially the Ballade (after the intro) need just a bit more of an improvisational touch, though I don't know what Debussy asks.
