Home Classical Court

From Perotin to Prokofiev (and beyond), performed by Caruso to Khatia, it's all here.

+1

" Try BBC radio 3, it is 128kbps mp3 stream."

Although it is also available ( depending upon eligibility - in principle you need to be a BBC licence payer) in AAC 320KB/s.

However two issues for Radio 3 . It is a broadcast UK station so a lot of the good stuff is at odd hours if you listen from the USA. So, for example, the live lunchtime concerts or evening concerts will be at 5:00 am or 11:30am respectively in California. It is also a fully curated service so you may find that instead of music there is an hour's discussion ( with musical examples) of the Second Viennese School or Beethoven's last year. Most of the station's output is from recordings of live concerts or studio sessions. It only relies upon commercial recordings during the morning (UK time).

If the OP just wants a background music service then France Musique Classique Plus is nice.
