The only Levine performance I ever saw was a Cleveland Orchestra children's concert in which he played Rhapsody in Blue (Shaw conducting). He stayed onstage and was not near any of the adolescent attendees. I mention this because a number of people have defended alleged sexual predators in classical music by saying, "Well, I never saw him do anything like that," from which we're supposed to infer that the allegations must be false.
I hate Rhapsody in Blue, but I'm not blaming Levine :)
