RE: Isolated Power Strip Recommendation

>Can anybody recommend a power strip which has isolated receptacles? IOW, the outlets are not wired in series.

No power strip can have outlets that are wired in series; the outlets are in parallel. In fact, every device plugged into ANY receptacle is in parallel with every other device on that receptacle. That's why they are all at the same voltage potential. To electrically isolate two devices you would need two "home runs" back to the electrical panel.

Notice that the Tripp-Lite Isobar still has all the receptacles in parallel but uses filters to isolate them into groups of filtered AC voltage.

"Isobar's unique protection system combines large toroidal chokes, ferrite rod-core inductors, HF/VHF capacitors and multiple layers of metal oxide varistors into exclusive isolated filter banks that remove EMI/RFI interference, even noise generated by other pieces of connected equipment."
