RE: Equaliizers pro or con and suggestions

Very expensive for what it is , and IMHO a pain to use , I was at a fellow audiophiles when the DEQX agents were setting up a demo , involved calls and connection to overseas to set up the unit for correction once room was measured etc .. i wasnt impressed with utility or sonic impact.

I have used RC or eq extensively
TACT, Z-sys , lyngdorf room perfect , krk ergo , acourate , behringer , meridian , DIRAC, bruteFIR and many others.. huge improvements in software /hardware these days at really low prices compared to the days of yore
