I think you will need a step down transformer. Then plug in a standard US power board.
We have plenty of migrants/workers etc from the US who bring their own appliances and the step down is the standard thing.
We are 240/50, the US is 120/60.
Hopefully the frequency difference makes no difference to you. It makes vacuum cleaners run a little slower :-)
