What's more, rehab never works anyway. If a person really wants to stop whatever substance of abuse it is, they will simply stop. Most simply do not want to stop.
Don't waste your tax money, even on drunk drivers.
Really. Just make it so whatever you do when fucked up is considered intentional, because you intentionally got fucked up.
Drive drunk and get in a fender bender that is your fault, the charge is aggravated vandalism.
Cause injuries, that is aggravated assault and battery.
Kill someone that is aggravated first degree murder.
But busing people who stopped on their way home from work for a few beers who had a taillight out is just fucking wrong. I think to be charged with a crime there has to be a victim. There is actually a court case, Rodriguez I think but I don't remember who it was against, that stated that exactly. But it doesn't help you in court usually.the reasons for that are beyond the scope of this text, which has already gone too far.
