Think the Elac's are the contenders for inexpensive speakers, but I'd pair them with the NAD 3020 or maybe the PS Sprout. Don't believe you'd need a DAC, as there seems to be one in each, if a computer is source. Bluetooth too. And the PS has a phonostage if you want to add a TT later. Review below.
