My wife is "cool" I guess I would say. Loves music, but not sitting down in the sweet spot, doing nothing else, listening to my Maggie's for time on end type.
As for what I have in my room, the only reason she cares at all is it's a big room (>400SF) in relation to the size of our house (2300SF), and we have turning 5 and 2 year old girls. Eventually they might need to use the back part of that 17 x 24' room she feels (and she's probably right).
