looks Italian, what is it?

Not my cup of tea. Also has the cheese factor of a Chinese piece. Is that one unit, but dual mono controls?

I may have approved if it were just one continuous box with the copper fascia.
The center area looks a little busy, so perhaps it couldn't be done?
