I just want to say I'm very fortunate to live in an area where we have brick and morter stores. I made a major purchase with John and it went as planned. He was knowledgeable about both equipment and room interaction.
I'm local and he was able to deliver and help set up. Even though I have 40 years of setting up systems he had valuable input that improved my set up in my room..

Not only did i feel the deal was good I feel I now have a dealer and person I will work with again. I have been buying online for years and now I advocate the brick and mortar experience.

Note: I had contacted two other dealers in the area and they never followed up
