I'm one of those folks who requests classical when I get to a room. At the California Audio Show a couple of months ago, three different rooms all played Rimsky-Korsakov's "Dance of the Tumblers" (from "The Snow Maiden") - kind of an odd happenstance, given the relative obscurity of this music. At least a couple of the performances were different. ;-)
