Like invest in the power company and it's grid infrastructure? ;-) I can't afford that so the best I could do was the original PS Audio P-300 "Power Regenerator" which is a wonderful device, BTW. I still have it. It wasn't very efficient though. I think it drew something like 75-watts just sitting there with nothing plugged into it.
Have you tried measuring your Power Plant Premier to see how much it draws? An inexpensive watt meter will do the trick. Unplug all devices from the PPP and see how much it draws on it's own.
