I don't know the efficiency of your speakers, but if they're inefficient, the Technics should be eliminated from your survey, it has about one-fifth the power of the other two.....
If your speakers are inefficient, I'd recommend either an Onkyo TX-8500 (original, not mkII) or Sansui G-901DB. If your speakers are efficient, I'd recommend a Harman Kardon 430, 730, 930, or hk560.
If I had to choose from just the three you mention, it's the Luxman.
